We use registration data to issue your ticket, operate entry control and send practical information about the show. We use enquiry data to respond to your request. We use aggregated visitor statistics to plan future editions and to report audience profiles to exhibitors without identifying individuals.
We share your details with exhibitors only when you let them scan your badge or hand over your details on their stand. Our processors (ticketing, email delivery and hosting providers) act on our instructions under data processing agreements and are located in the European Economic Area.
Registration data is kept for two editions so returning visitors can register faster, then deleted. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing, at any time by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
